If something goes wrong with the delivery, whether it's late, you're missing items, or another issue, please contact your caterer ASAP, directly through the number provided via your order details page on your CaterCow account dashboard. If you can not reach the caterer, please contact support@catercow.com

We'll work with you to solve the situation as quickly as possible.
