When you receive an order request for a package you will be notified by email and text message. In the email there will be a link to accept or decline the order. You have 24 hours to accept or decline the order before it expires but we ask that you respond as soon as you're able so you don't keep the customer waiting.
If you send a custom proposal, once the customer pays for it the order will confirmed and you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been confirmed.
