My Company is Tax Exempt, Can We Still Place an Order?

Absolutely! After you've created a CaterCow Account, but before you place your first order with us, email your tax exemption certificate to support@catercow.com, we'll place it in your file and handle the rest! This way, going forward, all your orders will be marked as tax exempt (you can unmark them per order as needed from the checkout page) and our system will remove the sales tax from the order!

P.S. If you've already placed an order which hasn't been completed and is tax-exempt, that's ok! We can still help out with the current order as well as future orders, just follow the same procedure as above and email us your exemption certificate! We are unable to process sales tax refunds retroactively. Thank you for your understanding!
